The San Pablo Cowboys Youth Association (SPCYA) is an non-profit tax exempt organization. SPCYA has been created to empower our youth with the tools that allows them the opportunity to excell in a program that teaches discipline, accountability, respect, responsibilty and hard work.  We propose to use a comprehensive approach to reaching the children of our community ages 5-15, including activities aimed at health, education, life skills, and social enrichment.  Our organization will offer a diverse football & cheer league that will give the children the ability to travel to numerous cities and compete against various football programs. Our participants will be awarded for their accomplishments in athletics as well as scholastics to assure them that they are always a winner just for taking the initiative to do their best.
